Dann vereinbaren wir zeitnah einen Termin für ein erstes Kennenlernen via MS Teams. Anschließend bekommst de bereits nach wenigen Tagen ein erstes persönliches Feedback.

Zweitgespräch

Wir sind uns einig, dass wir weitermachen wollen?

Beim Zweitgespräch online oder vor Ort an unserem Standort lernst du Dein Team kennen und erfährst mehr über aktuelle Projekte, Arbeitsweisen und Technologien. Je nach Situation kann auch das Lösen einer kleinen Entwicklungsaufgabe vereinbart werden.

Finales Feedback

Nach wenigen Tagen bekommst du erneut persönliches Feedback.

Wenn es dir genauso gut gefallen hat wie uns, besprechen wir jetzt noch gemeinsam unser Vertragsangebot und dann kann es zum vereinbarten Datum auch schon losgehen!

Mit Deinem Start bei uns beginnt Dein Onboarding, in dem Du nochmals erfährst, wie wir ticken und was Dich bei uns erwartet.

Dein Onboarding erfolgt individuell und dennoch strukturiert ab. Du besprichst deine ersten Projekte, um Dich mit Deinen neuen Aufgaben vertraut zu machen. In regelmäßigen Abständen erhältst du alle nötigen Infos rund um deine Arbeit bei uns.
